Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this cozy cottage-style accommodation. The place was tidy and clean, making it a comfortable choice for a night. While it’s situated in a remote area where amenities are limited, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, even sharing some milk with us for our tea. However, be prepared to stock up on essentials before arriving, as Haast has limited store hours and options.
The stay was decent overall; the hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff, making it reasonably comfortable. The location was convenient, being right near some eateries and shops. However, I found the shower in the bathroom to be an unpleasant experience, and there were some noise issues from neighboring rooms. For the price I paid, I would consider staying again, but I would expect better for a higher rate.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a cozy and warm escape from the cold weather. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing all the essentials we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and offered great local suggestions. On the downside, the walls were a bit thin, allowing for some noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, I felt it was good value for money considering the comfort and amenities provided.
This hotel is a decent stopover spot with clean rooms and thoughtful amenities that genuinely enhance the stay. The location is quite convenient, especially for travelers, but the noise levels from neighboring rooms can be disruptive. Overall, it's good value for the price, particularly for a short stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the spacious two-bedroom unit that was well-appointed and made me feel at home. The service truly went above and beyond, from prompt ice delivery to assisting with a forgotten passport. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays. However, be sure to stock up on groceries because the options nearby are quite limited.
